Updating unemployment benefits
You may claim benefits using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, over the Internet, or in person at a GDOL Career Center.
Payments are made by either direct deposit or debit card.
NOTE: The Wage Reporting System does not show wages earned: Be sure to include proof of your employment and wages, such as a copy of pay stubs that total the amount of earnings you list on the form for the time in question.
If you have no pay stubs: Send any documents you may have that we can use as proof OR Explain why you have no proof of earnings.
